What is Optical Ethernet?

MOE provides local area network (LAN)-to-LAN connectivity between your locations within a metropolitan area. Delivered using native Ethernet protocol, the service combines the power of Ethernet and fiber optical technologies across metropolitan area networks (MANs) providing you scalable bandwidth, high reliability and high performance, all at a relatively low cost. The solution is suitable for Internet and voice applications. MOE is ideal for delivering high speed Internet and multiple SIP trunks, and Analog or PRI lines over the same connection.
