We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Network Technician / Help Desk Support professional to join our team. This role provides first-line technical support to end users, assists with troubleshooting product, network, and hardware issues, and helps maintain the stability and performance of our systems and network infrastructure.

Position
An installation technician specializes in installing, disconnecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment to provide residential and business customers with Internet, VoIP, Alarm, and other data services.
You are responsible for the fulfilment of those installations, service calls, site inspections, and equipment maintenance. Work Orders will be placed through an on-line scheduling system, ticketing system, or via telephone. This will include a rotating on-call shift. You must have a better than basic understanding of wireless signals, computer networks, and cabling standards. First and foremost, this is a customer-service role; you must be able to provide great customer service to all of our valued customers.
Before you apply, please understand that this is a field based position — you will be travelling and working on-site at various client locations throughout the week and will not be working from an office 90% of the time. A company work truck and tools are provided for use on the job.
All new employees are placed on a 90-day probationary period. At the end of the probationary period you are eligible for benefits and vacation/sick days. This is a full-time position (5 days per week or as needed).
